Shipping Container Liners
CDC is a specialist manufacturer of shipping container liners that provide an easy and hygienic method of transporting free-flowing commodities or wet hides in containerised bulk shipments.
Our shipping container liners are produced to a number of basic designs which are suitable for most ISO standard containers. A selection of filler and discharge spouts ensures compatibilty with the operational requirements of producers, shippers and consignees.
Shipping Container Liners - General Purpose Bulk Liners
CDC bulk liners are advantageous in enabling commodities to be shipped on an FCL basis whilst reducing packaging, handling and container cleaning costs. The liner also maximises container utilisation and minimises down time by being readily available for re-loading.
The material makes the bulk liner very strong with a high tear resistance, giving the product all-round protection from contamination, spillage and water damage.
Each bulk liner bag can also be supplied with 4 x 40mm box section steel bars to retain the load whilst the container doors are open during loading and unloading. These bars fit inside the container doors and fit through webbing straps in the liner bag to hold them in position.
DISPOSABLE
The bulk liner is not intended for re-use. After discharging, the liner can be removed and disposed of. This leaves the container free of residue without the risk of cross-contaminating subsequent products. The liner can be safely incinerated without giving off toxic fumes.
Shipping Container Liners - Wet Hide Liners
Our Wet Hide Liners offer a protective layer preventing or reducing leakages from the container. These liners are ideal for transporting hides and other unpleasant and caustic items. They can save time when it comes to reusing the containers, especially given the nature of products that they carry.
